If you have requested a refund more than 5 business days ago and have not seen a credit yet, there are a couple things to remember.
First, are you looking at the right account? We can only send refunds back to the original source of payment. That includes PayPal. If you made the purchase using PayPal, you will need to check your PayPal account. The funds will not automatically transfer from your PayPal account to your bank account.
Second, if you're looking at a credit card statement and do not see the refund credit, it is likely that it will show up on the next month's statement since they usually run 30 days behind in general.
Third, if you made a purchase and got a refund on the same day, the refund may have canceled out the purchase. Sometimes the transaction will be voided out completely and you will not see either transaction (the charge or the credit) on your statement.
